Job Title: Senior Attorney - Commercial Litigation

Reporting To: Associate Partner

Experience: 4+ years (Post-Qualification)

We are looking for a Senior Attorney with solid experience in commercial litigation and arbitration to join our Mumbai office. The role involves independently handling arbitration matters, commercial suits, and IPR-related litigation, while working closely with the Associate Partner.

Key Responsibilities:

₹ Draft suits, claims, responses, and petitions across various commercial matters.

₹ Appear before Commercial Courts, High Courts, and Arbitral Tribunals.

₹ Handle arbitration proceedings and IPR enforcement litigation.

₹ Brief Senior Counsel and coordinate on case strategy.

₹ Maintain case timelines and ensure smooth coordination on assigned matters.

Requirements:

₹ Strong knowledge of the Commercial Courts Act, Arbitration Act, IBC, CPC, Contract Act, and IPR Laws

₹ Excellent drafting and advocacy skills

₹ Ability to handle litigation matters independently

₹ LLB with 4-6 years of post-qualification litigation experience

₹ Willingness to work full-time from our Nariman Point office

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
