Senior Associate
, Vendor Management
You will be part of the Vendor Metrics Team (VMT), this team is responsible for verifying
service
is complete and the closure of activities in Siebel CRM system that remain open when a vendor provides the onsite work or remote tech support instead of customer FE (Open Vendor Activity, OVA). The team acts as a link between client and outside companies (Suppliers, Vendors and OEM) and enables
customer
to use Vendors to provide service on Assets. Once the service is
completed
VMT
is responsible for
collecting the required
paper work
to close the service request.
Responsibilities
Prepare high level Open vendor activity and verify service complete dashboards for leadership
Upload FSR and Invoices to Siebel
Upload invoices to Perceptive
Debrief vendor PM SR's
Debrief vendor corrective SR's
Work on MC Dean and T&M Service process
Update Chiller file
Follow-up with vendors via phone and email to confirm service completion status and
procure
Field Service Report and Invoices for closure
Drive closure under strict timelines
Prepare templates for automation vendors and communicate with Siebel Team
PO creation, cancellation, CAP limit increase
SR and Activity creation in Siebel
Provide update to Client on weekly calls
Share status update and specify requirement to vendors on monthly calls

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
