User Access Administration


In this role,

You

will Support IT Infrastructure Delivery organization to deliver business value through reliable services and well-maintained platforms by performing technical operations, configurations and deployment activities in a dynamic global IT Operations environment

.



Responsibilities


Key Responsibilities:



Account Management: Provisioning, deprovisioning, and

modifying

user accounts across various systems.

Access Control: Administering group memberships, roles, and permissions.



Auditing and Compliance: Reviewing user access, auditing security configurations, and ensuring compliance with policies and standards.



Troubleshooting:

Identifying

and resolving access-related issues.

Documentation:

Maintaining

documentation of IAM processes, procedures, and security configurations.

Process Improvement: Contributing to the development and implementation of improved IAM processes.



Reporting: Generating reports and dashboards related to IAM metrics and compliance.



Collaboration: Working with other teams and stakeholders to implement and maintain IAM solutions.



Provides operational support and oversight for authentication/authorization services such as Multi-Factor Authorization (MFA), Active Directory, and Identity Management (

IdM

).

Identifies

and resolves gaps in the business processes which may include security/authorization set-up, user documentation, data interface design, data migration and reconciliation.


Qualifications we

Minimum Qualifications



Relevant role in global Identity and access management environment



ITIL certified




BSc in IT or equivalent



Preferred Qualifications/ Skills



Analytical, structured, reliable, organized, driven personality


Pro-active, individual contributor, self-organized, team oriented, experienced with

remote-working

across cultures and time zones


Team, customer, and service focused oriented with "can do" / "getting things done" attitude


Comfortable in dynamic, fast paced, global environment


Ability to work focused

towards

goals with minimal supervision


Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts.


Generates

ideas, and

critically evaluates future scenarios.
