Job Title - Senior Associate

Department - US Taxation

Location - Lulla Nagar, Pune (Work from office)

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated US Tax Associate to support our US tax compliance operations. The role involves assisting with federal and state tax filings for individuals and corporations, along with sales tax and other regulatory compliances.

The ideal candidate must have prior experience working in a professional accounting or tax environment, and must be qualified as a CA inter/CMA inter/ACCA/any graduate.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing and filing US corporate tax returns and individual tax returns. Prepare and file state income tax returns across multiple states. Support in LLC return preparation. Assist in preparing and filing Sales & Use Tax returns across various jurisdictions. Coordinate with clients for data collection and ensure timely filings. Prepare and file FBAR (FinCEN Form 114) and FATCA (Form 8938) reporting forms. Handle state registrations, annual reports, franchise tax filings, and other state-mandated filings. Track deadlines and ensure timely compliance for ongoing client requirements. Coordinate with clients to gather data, documents, and clarifications. Maintain organized workpapers and filing documentation. Tax research and project execution. IRS Informational forms (1099/1042)

Qualification

: MBA (Finance)/ACCA/CMA semi qualified/ Semi Qualified CA (dropout) / MCom / B.Com (Hons), ideally with at least 1 year of experience with a professional finance firm.

Competencies:

Knowledge of fundamental US Tax Concepts and commonly accepted practices. Proficiency in MS Excel and Word; familiarity with US return filing Softwares/sites Strong analytical and quantitative skills. Good written and verbal communication. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a team-oriented environment.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
