Job Description

Key Requirements: Graduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, or a related field. 2-3 years of relevant experience in warehouse/logistics operations. Familiarity with WMS, Excel, and basic ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.). Good understanding of inventory control, material handling, and dispatch operations. Strong organizational, multitasking, and team coordination skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily inbound and outbound logistics operations, including receiving, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns. Ensure timely and accurate inventory management, including stock audits, cycle counting, and reconciliation. Coordinate with transport, procurement, and planning teams to manage dispatch schedules and delivery SLAs. Monitor the performance of warehouse associates and provide on-ground support for smooth workflow. Maintain proper documentation for GRNs, dispatch notes, invoices, gate passes, and stock adjustments. Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety protocols, and cleanliness standards across the warehouse. Assist in implementing WMS / ERP systems and ensure accurate system transactions. Identify and escalate any operational issues, damages, or delays to the manager. Track daily KPIs like order accuracy, dispatch turnaround time, inventory variance, etc. Participate in audits and support compliance with statutory and customer-specific requirements.
