Manually route tasks, orders, or entries within defined systems and workflows.
Ensure timely and accurate assignment based on predefined logic or business rules.
Monitor queues, dashboards, or reports to detect routing issues or delays.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve routing conflicts or bottlenecks.
Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements or automation opportunities.
Maintain documentation and logs of manual routing activities.
Support reporting and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs).
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
2-4 years of experience in manual routing, operations, workflow coordination, or similar roles.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
Basic Excel/Google Sheets skills for tracking and reporting.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.
Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in logistics, BPO, back-office operations, or IT service delivery.
Exposure to ticketing or workflow management tools (e.g., Zendesk, Jira, Salesforce, etc.)
Understanding of SLA-based task management.
