Senior Associate Technology L2

As a Senior Associate Technology L2, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable applications using Golang. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions that meet business and technical requirements.

Your Impact

Design, develop, and maintain Golang-based applications to meet business needs. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions. Optimize application performance and ensure scalability by implementing best practices. Conduct code reviews, write clean, maintainable code, and ensure adherence to coding standards. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.

Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience in software development with expertise in Golang. Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles. Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs. Proficiency in working with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL databases. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.

Set Yourself Apart With

Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools. Familiarity with messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ. Exposure to security best practices in application development.
