Senior Associate Technology L1

As a Senior Associate Technology L1, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable applications using Golang. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions that align with business objectives and engineering best practices.

Your Impact

Design, develop, and deploy Golang-based applications that are efficient, scalable, and maintainable. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions. Optimize application performance and ensure seamless integration with existing systems. Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to ensure smooth application operation. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance development processes.

Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience in software development with expertise in Golang. Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles. Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful API development. Proficiency in working with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL databases. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail. Ability to work in an Agile environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Set Yourself Apart With

Experience with distributed systems and message brokers like Kafka or RabbitMQ. Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. Exposure to performance tuning and optimization techniques. Strong communication and leadership skills to mentor junior team members.
