About the role




Accountable for probing, triaging, dispatching job to the right man with the right skills using necessary tool either via phone or emails

You will be responsible for

Understands business needs and in depth understanding of Tesco processes Builds on Tesco processes and knowledge by applying CI tools and techniques Responsible for completing tasks and transactions within agreed metrics Solves problems by analyzing solution alternatives To Probe, Triage and Dispatch Jobs for the Stores Allocate the right man with the right skill at the right time Responds with appropriate levels of urgency to situations that require quick response or turnaround Ability to the analyze the root cause and handle 1st level issues Ability to make informed and timely decisions

You will need




Basic MS Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Any Graduate (preferred Mechanical Engg. graduate) with 2+ years of experience in Voice Support
