Job Role: Associate Technical Support Work Location: Chandigarh (IT Park) : Sound Technical Knowledge of Networking, LAN, WAN and troubleshooting Good Analytical and Interpretation skills International voice experience (Inbound / Outbound) would be considered Candidates from BPO industry & immediate joiners will be preferred Serves as a support resource to assist sales in the handling of Customer affecting service issues. Investigates and resolve outages and other issues affecting the quality of service. Engages the resources appropriate for resolving issues. Ensures that company isolation and restoration efforts are timely and effective. Coordinates and monitors hand-offs between organizations. Proactively escalates by phone, following up by email, through the appropriate hierarchical structures. Documents status and closure, per client requirements. Provides status and updates to the Customer and service management leadership. Ensures that leadership is aware of issues requiring executive, media relations, and or external affairs engagement. Complete Issue resolution within prescribed timeframes. Coordinates and documents Root Cause Analysis (RCA) or Reason for Outage (RFO) on outages/chronic outages and works with Maintenance and Customer to correct.
