Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven

Recruiter

to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across a variety of roles while ensuring an excellent candidate experience. You'll collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver on staffing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process across various departments. Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team goals, and hiring plans. Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, networking, and employee referrals. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and schedule interviews with relevant stakeholders. Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure accurate documentation. Coordinate interview logistics and provide timely feedback to candidates. Extend offers, negotiate terms, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Monitor recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source effectiveness) and provide insights. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced or high-volume environment. Familiarity with various sourcing techniques (Boolean, LinkedIn, job boards, etc.). Experience using ATS and HRIS systems. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Preferred Skills:

Experience hiring for both technical and non-technical roles. Understanding of employer branding and talent marketing strategies. Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment compliance.
