We are looking for a Senior Associate - Talent Acquisition who has experience hiring in agency, influencer or digital marketing environments and understands the speed, quality, and ownership required to scale high-performing teams in this industry.
In this role, you will own end-to-end hiring across multiple business teams - from understanding role requirements and sourcing the right talent to closing candidates who can truly make an impact. You will work closely with hiring managers, balance speed with quality, and ensure every candidate has a smooth, professional, and respectful experience throughout the process.

Requirements
Your Broad Responsibilities Will Include:
1. Work Closely with Hiring Managers
Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs, role expectations, and performance benchmarks.
Translate business requirements into clear hiring strategies and role-specific sourcing plans.
2. Candidate Sourcing and Screening
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and industry networks within influencer marketing, performance marketing, and creative ecosystems.
Conduct first-round interviews to assess skills, communication, cultural fit, and role alignment.
3. Interview Coordination & Hiring Support
Schedule and manage interviews across stakeholders with speed and clarity.
Share structured feedback and hiring recommendations to support quick and confident hiring decisions.
4. Industry-Focused Hiring
Use your understanding of influencer marketing, performance marketing, content, and creative roles to evaluate candidates beyond resumes.
Identify talent that can perform in fast-paced agency and campaign-driven environments.
5. Candidate Relationship Management
Keep candidates engaged and informed throughout the process.
Build long-term talent pipelines for recurring and future hiring needs.
6. Hiring Data & ATS Management
Maintain accurate and clean data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Track hiring progress, funnel movement, and closure rates to improve recruitment efficiency.
7. Campus & Early Talent Hiring
Build and manage relationships with top colleges and universities to create a strong early-talent pipeline.
Plan and execute campus drives, internships, and fresher hiring programs to attract high-potential candidates into the organization.
8. Employer Branding & Hiring Enablement
Actively participate in HR, recruitment, and employer-branding events to represent the company and strengthen our hiring presence in the market.
Support and drive internal hiring initiatives, recruiter enablement, and continuous improvements in hiring processes and standards.
