The role is for the Glance Sports Experience unit, which is focused on building following Sports value propositions. You will be joining the team as Senior Associate - Strat and Ops for this Business Unit. This role is critical for us, as you will help in development, implementation and monitoring of strategic plan designed to grow and expand business. Imagine this to be an in-house top notch Consulting team that is not only responsible for helping to define strategic direction but also assist in bringing operational excellence What will you be doing Help in analyzing, structuring and solving select business problems within the various teams. Development and implementation of strategies designed to grow and expand business Make sense of the key internal and market trends and their implication on our business Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to run select strategic projects. Work closely with the various members of the executive team on a daily basis to drive key company level initiatives. Planning & monitoring of business initiatives What do we require from you 2 + years of work experience in consulting, strategy or general management role. Experience in fast growing environments preferred C reativity in problem solving, and a keen business sense Superior communication (written/verbal), presentation and meeting facilitation skills Proven ability to learn quickly and work well under pressure with appropriate attention to detail Day to day role : Strategy and ops All presentations and sales material creation Industry research Prepare material for weekly and fortnightly discussions. Keep track of all product launches and timelines. Work with international teams Business Analytics Be the source of truth for all US, India, Indonesia, RoW analytics. Create dashboards for US and India sports - monitor metrics OTT partner optimization for revenue and engagement Content mix analytics Revenue optimization analytics 0 to 1 projects (some examples below) US AI content for sports US Youtube content publishing (product and tech integration) with legal clearance.
