Job Title Senior Associate | Strategic Consulting | Hyderabad
Summary REAL ESTATE ADVISORY ASSIGNMENTS - Execution of real estate advisory projects (Market Research, Feasibility Studies, Location Advisory, pricing Strategy, Product Mix Strategy, Business Plan formulation) across Residential, Office, Retail, Industrial & Warehouse sectors. Undertake site visits, market research, stakeholder interactions with Real Estate Developers, Marketing Agents, Government bodies, Occupiers, End Users, etc.

About the Role:

• Exposure in Real Estate Advisory:

• Research, Demand-Supply Analysis,
• Feasibility Studies, Highest & Best Use Reports,
• Financial Modelling & Concepts
• Independently gathering data pertinent to the assignment through on-site collection of data relating to scope of work agreed
• Project execution/ delivery.
• Presentations, writing reports, white paper, impact briefing analysis on any major announcements.
• Responding to client queries on deliverables.
• Track city real estate segments - residential, commercial, retail, logistics, warehousing, co-living, etc
• Maintain database of projects, developers, investors etc, & data verifications.
• Tracking economic performance indicators, policy initiatives, investments.
• Knowledge/ability to research and analyse the impact of various economic policies
• Participate in special projects as designated.

About You:

• 2-3 years of Experience in Real Estate Advisory / Infrastructure Advisory / Management Consulting / Real Estate Research
• Exposure in Real Estate advisory - Market Research, Feasibility studies, Demand-Supply analysis, Highest & Best use studies, Financial Modelling, Detailed Project Reports
• Report Writing, Presentations
• Communicate effectively to Clients, Internal Stakeholders across all levels of management
• Masters in Management/ Finance/ Economics and/or CA/CFA certification
• Masters in Architecture/ Urban Planning/ Housing / Civil Engineering
