Job Purpose

As a key member of our Data & Technology Services (DTS) team, you will be responsible for supporting and
developing structured data analytics and reporting environment. The position focuses on building and enhancing
data pipelines, preparing the data for reporting, supporting and developing Power BI dashboards/reports, and
monitoring data processes using SQL Server, Azure Data Factory (ADF), and Power BI with exposure to Microsoft
Fabric for maintaining existing solutions and as part of an ongoing migration.
The role also involves working closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand reporting
requirements, ensure data accuracy, and deliver reliable insights. Additionally, the individual will contribute to
continuous improvement of data processes, performance, and operational stability across analytics platform.

Desired Skills

Strong experience with SQL Server (including complex queries, stored procedures, and functions) Experience ensuring data integrity and supporting ETL processes (across various data systems) Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory (for building robust pipelines) Experience with Azure Blob Storage and Table Storage (for scalable data management) Strong experience with Power BI (dashboard/report development, RLS, and access control) Experience working with structured data and SQL-based transformations (in dynamic environments) Working knowledge of Microsoft Fabric (Fabric Warehouse, Fabric Data Factory, Monitoring & Orchestration) Exposure to supporting existing Fabric pipelines and reports (including troubleshooting tasks) High-level understanding of ERP systems (SAP, Syspro, Dynamics, Priority) (used in enterprise operations) High-level exposure to CRM / EPM / Demand systems (Dynamics, OneStream, QAD) (for organizational planning) Good to have knowledge of Python / PySpark / Databricks (for advanced data processing) Good to have knowledge of Microsoft Purview / Collibra (for effective data governance) Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development practices (for team efficiency)

Key Responsibilities

Design, support and develop data pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF), integrating data from databases,

files, APIs, and Azure storage services such as Blob StoragePrepare and Transform stage structured data for reporting and analytics using SQL-based transformations Develop, enhance and support Power BI reports and dashboards including implementation and management of

Row level security (RLS) and access controlSupport and maintain existing Microsoft Fabric solutions, including Fabric Warehouse and Fabric Data Factory,

ensuring stability and availabilityMonitor ADF pipelines, Power BI refreshes and Fabric workloads; proactively identify failures, analyze root
