We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Salesforce FSC Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce, particularly in Financial Services Cloud, and will be responsible for gathering business requirements, designing scalable solutions, and ensuring successful implementation and adoption of Salesforce FSC across business units.
Desired Skills and Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in Salesforce FSC.
Strong understanding of financial services processes and terminology.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration (flows, validation rules, custom objects).
Strong expertise in Requirement analysis, writing epics, user stories, Use case development, Analytical skills, Business process mapping, Prototype, BRD, FSD, Agile, RTM and UAT
Experience with Salesforce integrations (e.g., Mulesoft, APIs).
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Tableau.
Knowledge of data migration and ETL processes.
Exposure to other Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing) is a plus.
Proven ability to manage large-scale projects and work effectively with substantial teams.
Excellent problem-solving capabilities and the ability to apply analytical thinking for making informed decisions.
Strong organizational skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
Exceptional communication skills, proficient in engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Extremely strong organizational and analytical skills with strong attention to detail
Strong track record of excellent results delivered to internal and external clients
Able to work independently without the needs for close supervision and collaboratively as part of cross-team efforts
Experience in project management and team management
Familiarity with SQL and data analysis tools is a plus.
Relevant certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA is preferred
Proven ability to adapt to changes in requirements and learn new tools and practices where needed
Proven ability to describe understand how one's work fits into the bigger picture
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Key Responsibilities
Responsible for delivery of work including:
Act as a liaison between the business units and IT, ensuring effective communication and project alignment.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to financial services workflows (e.g., wealth management, retail banking, insurance).
Functional and nonfunctional requirement gathering, building user stories
Gather, document, and prioritize technical and business requirements from stakeholders.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
Configure and customize Salesforce FSC features including data models, flows, and Lightning components.
Work closely with Salesforce developers and architects to design scalable and secure solutions.
Conduct gap analysis and propose enhancements to existing Salesforce implementations.
Develop and execute test plans, including UAT, to ensure solution quality.
Create training materials and conduct user training sessions.
Monitor adoption and usage and provide ongoing support and enhancements.
Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory requirements.
Design and maintain comprehensive project roadmap
Facilitate meetings to elicit requirements from senior stakeholders and executives.
Assess and revise existing system logic difficulties as necessary.
Develop and present clear and detailed project updates to ensure stakeholders are aligned and informed.
Manage scope and change requests in conjunction with project leadership.
Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise to ensure projects meet deadlines and budgets.
Lead the analysis of business requirements and translate them into detailed functional specifications using modelling techniques.
Understand and transform, improve client expectations into business/technical requirements
Responsible for requirement gathering and converting requirements into business requirements, functional specifications, non-functional specifications and business process mapping
Responsible for process documentation based on developed process maps and definitions, according to defined standards into documents like BRD, FSD, etc.
Responsible for requirements elicitation using different techniques
Supports development of comprehensive documentation and testing like System integration testing, etc.
Plans and facilitates UAT in collaboration with Business stakeholders
Analyse, identify, assess and manage data quality risks as part of overall risk management framework
Work closely with Business and Delivery stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify and analyse business processes
Responsible for end-to-end delivery of projects, coordination between client and internal offshore teams and manage client queries
Implement or adhere to standards and best practices.
Demonstrate high attention to detail, should work in a dynamic environment whilst maintaining high quality standards, a natural aptitude to develop good internal working relationships and a flexible work ethic.
Responsible for Quality Checks and adhering to the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) / Turn Around Time (TAT)
