Who we are looking for As a recruiter you will be responsible for directly managing the recruitment process for State Street India across multiple business portfolios. Across the various businesses in India, our internal clients rely on us to help them hire the right talent at the right time. To make this happen, talent acquisition needs to be consultative partner to business, understand their hiring needs, proactively build talent pipelines, manage candidate expectations and ensure a seamless hiring experience in line with our global hiring guidelines. What you will be responsible for As a Senior Associate (Recruiter) - Ownership for the for end-to-end of the hiring process for the Investment Banking business portfolio assigned for State Street. This would include roles at various levels and may / may not be limited to hiring for business in India only. Actively partner with the stakeholders (local as well as global) to ensure the positions are filled within agreed timelines. Keep the hiring teams abreast with the market trends and consult with them when required. Strategizing for new deployment / hiring projects and niche hiring. Leverage the various sourcing channels as appropriate to ensure on time onboarding / hiring. Ensure best in class candidate experience through the interviewing and onboarding process Coordinate, plan and facilitate hiring events as requested by the recruitment manager. Ensure 100% compliance for the end-to-end recruitment process in line with the global hiring policies and guidelines. Own periodic and ad-hoc TA reporting for your portfolio. Resolve issues that may arise in a timely manner Education & Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree and an advanced degree in Business Administration or other related field. Experience in recruiting would be highly preferred. Demonstrate skills in problem solving & analytical ability. Ability to analyze market trends, encourage and make recommendations for creative change. Results-oriented individual with the persistence and patience necessary to work effectively with a wide range of internal and external constituents. Ability to partner with senior level staff, middle management and administrative divisions. Proven ability to handle multiple priorities and work well within a team. Strong analytical, interpersonal, written, and oral presentations skills. About State Street What we do.
