Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily property operations including service requests, tenant coordination, vendor communication, and issue resolution.
Serve as the
primary point of contact
for clients, ensuring professional and timely communication.
Handle financial-related tasks such as
billing, invoicing, and reconciliation tracking

Follow up on deliverables, project timelines, and task completion across internal and external stakeholders.
Interpret and apply client-provided documentation to perform duties accurately.
Generate
weekly/monthly status reports
and keep clients updated on progress and issues.
Proactively
identify and escalate blockers, risks, or delays
to internal management.
Maintain organized documentation, task tracking, and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
