Job Purpose To support and track bank-wise initiatives and trackers to build acquisition and relationship management channel's Productivity and ProfitabilityKey Accountabilities Incentive design, management and setting up trackers through BA Analytics and insights across Performance and Profitability matricesJob Duties & responsibilities Analytics to measure & drive field distribution channels performance and profitability matrix. KRA & Incentives - Designing & tracking, Dashboard, Query resolution, Data Validations Development to improve LMS platform. Analyse and insights pertaining to CASA and Cross sell businesses. Drive quality of acquisitions through segment-specific insightsRequired Experience Minimum 3-5 years in a similar role, managing channels with large data volumes.Education / Preferred Qualifications Graduate with banking experience MBA will be an advantage.Core Competencies Excellent communication skills Ability to analyze business performance and give insights for improvement.
