Summary
The Senior Associate - Process Maintenance (Instrumentation) is responsible for the maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and repair of instrumentation and control systems used in manufacturing or process industries.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on instrumentation and control systems (e.g., sensors, transmitters, PLCs, DCS, SCADA). Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to instrumentation and control systems. Interpret and work from P&IDs, loop diagrams, wiring schematics, and technical manuals. Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems. Maintain documentation of maintenance activities and equipment history. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations. Collaborate with operations, engineering, and other maintenance teams to improve system reliability. * Provide technical guidance and training to junior technicians or associates.
