Senior Associate - Private Equity - Capital Venture - Mumbai - 5+Years
Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional with a background in Private Equity/Venture Capital.

Responsibilities

• Conducting comprehensive investment analysis, due diligence, and financial modelling
• Monitoring portfolio company performance and providing strategic recommendations
• Supporting the team in deal sourcing, structuring, and negotiation
• Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders and industry professionals

Requirements

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field or CA or CFA (any level)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Private Equity/Venture Capital or Investment Banking
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
