AA to enhance agent retention Drive the established agency for recognition and rewards platform Increase stickiness of established Agents, motivating and coaching agents. Focus on Established Agent productivity and their earnings Drive them to insure more lives and increase their customer base Get them to focus on cross selling & d evelop strategies and program for the same Deliver training modules to enhance established agents\' active retention Improve their Satisfaction Drive them for council and MDRT recognitions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Establish and develop relationships with Agents, Managing Partner, Associate Partners, Agency Development Managers and strategize about how to drive sales within the available product range and territory based on regional planning. Identify, educate, train and support established agents and be reactive to their needs. Also support managers in their GO Identify and maintain a list of 150 - 300 focus agents who are willing and able to increase productivity by prospecting and cross selling, segment focus agent by potential, product bias and location. Develop Ad hoc presentation explaining selling related concepts. Develop presentation skills and product expertise in order to educate and motivate agent and field management on their product line (includes industry training and conference) Hold workshops & seminars. Support agent by collecting and communicating product competitiveness data.
