Responsibilities

Back office

operations management

Order processing & PO management

Preparing weekly summary report in excel and

share

the update with customer.

Follow ups on open issues with customer/vendor

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

University graduate in any discipline

P2P & Project Management knowledge

Vendor Management Knowledge

C1/2 English language proficiency & Intermediate Excel expertise needed.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Should possess strong communication skills

Effective project management & Client management skills. Follow up with suppliers

Should possess good interpersonal skills and must be a team player

Should have Procurement Knowledge

Preferable to have practical knowledge of SAP ERP

Healthcare knowledge is a plus
