: STC deals with some 25.000 customers resulting in some 400.000 orders and collection of around 9 billion GBP an annual base. The role involves order entry and order interface monitoring with issue resolution. Manage customer orders right first time, ensure all customer orders are delivered as requested (on time, in full). Accuracy, attention to detail Good knowledge of STC process Ability to effectively prioritize and deliver on promises Understands and complies to controls in own area Proactive, solution-focused mind-set and positive \'can do\' attitude Ability to work in often pressurized environment Ability to take ownership for standardization, automation Receptive to feedback and is willing to learn from mistakes Active team player Additional 0 to 3 years of experience Order lifecycle management (from order receipt, through order entry to delivery including price and delivery related credit note management) Maximising order entry accuracy Follow up and mitigate Order entry caused returns and refusals Resolve all interface and EDI related issues Follow up and resolve open orders and returns (delivery note, or billing document not created or not accounted) Raise and respond to Internal Query Management ticket on time as appropriate. Continuously improve the order entry, delivery and credit note creation process Change product allocation, product substitution and material determination data in SAP as appropriate Manage strong relationship with STC Customer Experience Team Maintain Desk Top Procedures Continuously support standardization and automation, system and process improvement initiatives Actively promote the CARM (Sarbanes Oxley) /Control agenda Support other STC processing activities (e.g. customer data, billing) Reporting (daily, weekly and monthly reports) Any other tasks requested by line manager Worker Type : Regular Primary Location: Bangalore Karle Town SEZ Additional Locations : Job Posting Start Date : 2023-06-05
