Job Responsibilities :
Reviewing claims and making payments to insured/Claimant/Body Shop/Vendor.
Investigate and processing complex transactions as per the requests received from Claimant/Insured.
Utilize system database to locate information and setting up the claim for making payment.
Review and identify personal information including names, address, ages, payment amount and other information to ensure the accuracy of payments
Able to handle assigned work with required standards
Follow guidelines and adhere to the high standard to provide an exceptional customer experience.
Primary Skills:
Basics of P&C Insurance terms and insurance principles
Research and investigation skills.
Experience with Payments will be preferred.
Ability to work independently and in a team - oriented environment
Excellent verbal/written communication skills
Primary Requirement
Should be flexible with Evening & Night Shifts.
