Process:? Knowledge of Insurance product and guidelines? Fair understanding of Lloyd's Market i.e. Bureau, Non-Bureau and Company Market? Good understanding of reading agreed Signed slips and Endorsements? Knowledge/Experience in Policy Administration System ? Validate and send Invoice / policy documents to Client i.e. Debit / Credit Note, EOC (Evidence of Cover).? Create and validate LPAN manually or generated from Policy Administration System? IMR submissions? Handling XIS queries and liaising with business for timely resolution ? Responsible for maintaining a higher RFT for LPAN submissions ? Managing reconciliation query from Accounts team? Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders ? Knowledge on creating risk and premium bordereauxSkills:-? Comprehension skills - understanding requests and be able to apply DPM rules to process the request satisfactorily? Written communication skills - English ; ability to articulate responses/queries? MS Excel skills - working knowledge of MS Excel? MS Word skills - working knowledge of MS Word? Basics of Insurance- accreditations are an advantage? Proficiency in MS Excel - e.g. pivot tables, Vlookups. formatting, alignments? Strong verbal & written communication ? Ability to manage & resolve queries - can articulate written and verbal responses satisfactorily for the customer? Understanding of upstream/downstream processes? Coaching skills? Escalation handling skills? Documentation skills - is able to create process maps, updated DPMs & manuals? Stakeholder communication & relationship building skills?
