About the Team

Being part of Meesho's Fulfillment and Experience (F&E) team as an Associate will zip you to the cockpit of our ever-burgeoning rocketship. And, you'll shape the experience of Bharat's next billion e-commerce users. We're an eclectic mix of over 100 professionals, all driven by the first principles of problem-solving. We come with diverse skill sets and responsibilities ranging from running operations/support to managing the supply chain, and maintaining analytics. At Meesho, we're trying to do what's never been done before - herald e-commerce into the tier-2, tier-3 cities of India. Our team's role in this ambitious mission is to reimagine logistics from the ground up completely. This means a host of "zero-to-one" projects (takers, anyone?) to build a supply chain that reimagines e-commerce, not just in India but globally. About the Role:

We are seeking strong, independent, and innovative problem solvers to join our Network Design team within Fulfillment & Experience. In this role, you will lead high-impact initiatives aimed at reshaping how we design and operate our supply chain network. You'll gain deep exposure to complex supply chain systems and take ownership of new initiatives that tackle real-world operational challenges. Your work will involve designing critical components of the network, including vehicle route planning, cutoff strategies, path-level speed and cost structures--all of which contribute to a cohesive and optimised end-to-end supply chain. This is a unique opportunity to influence how the supply chain is structured at scale and to stitch together diverse elements into a smarter, faster, and more cost-effective network.

What will you do

+ Design backend Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that are user-centric, cost-effective, scalable, and aligned with the overall business strategy. + Manage both internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless program execution.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new processes aimed at optimising network speed and enhancing customer experience.
+ Lead business process improvement initiatives to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.
+ Own key operational metrics for the programs you manage, ensuring consistent performance tracking and delivery.
+ Identify and address process gaps through continuous improvement opportunities.
+ Partner with analytics, product, fulfilment, 3PL, and leadership teams to improve user experience while reducing operational costs.
+ Conduct in-depth data analysis to uncover insights and identify actionable areas for improvement.

What you will need

+ Candidates from good institutes with 1-2 years of work experience are preferred. + Some exposure to Fulfillment, 3PL logistics, or supply chain operations, especially in startup environments, is a plus.
+ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
+ Good project management abilities with experience working across teams and handling multiple priorities.
+ Data-driven mindset with curiosity to explore and interpret data.
+ Ability to understand challenges faced by ground teams, build rapport, and help implement practical solutions.
