DISCOVERyour opportunity What will your essential responsibilities include We are currently seeking a Natural Perils Associate/Senior Associate to support the manager of Natural Perils Research. The role involves working in a collaborative multi-discipline environment, interacting and leveraging the expertise provided by cat modellers, actuaries, scientists and many others. . Support the manager of Natural Perils Research in catastrophe model evaluation projects. . Assist in performing model evaluation exercises for licensed models such as RMS and AIR. This includes understanding of exposures, reviewing modeling results and explaining modeling limitations. . Assist in the development of process automation within the team\'s activities. You will be reporting to Manager. SHARE your talent We\'re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills: Required Skills and Abilities: . Couple of ground years of work experience in a catastrophe modeling role. . Experience with RMS is required, and AIR is preferred. . Undergraduate-level knowledge of statistical and mathematical concepts required. . Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office with a preference for those with SQL and programming knowledge such as VBA and R. . GIS experience is preferred. .
