The existence of the team is critical to ensure a smooth service delivery happens within the BAU which is spread across various MO teams such as trade management, derivatives, Corp actions etc.Client Implementation follows \xe2\x80\x98\xe2\x80\x99HUB & SPOKE\xe2\x80\x99\xe2\x80\x99 model as the Client Implementation team acts as \xe2\x80\x98HUB\xe2\x80\x99 for implementing all transitional activities requested by client across all \xe2\x80\x98Spoke\xe2\x80\x99 locations.
