Job Description

Senior Associate Material Planning Job Purpose
Support aircraft material planning, forecasting, and inventory coordination to ensure timely availability of parts for maintenance operations. Maintain stock accuracy through data analysis, system updates, and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities
Analyze historical consumption and maintenance schedules to forecast material requirements.
Maintain BOMs, planning parameters, and MRP data in AMOS or equivalent systems.
Perform ABC classification, safety stock calculations, and inventory segmentation.
Track part movements using RFID/barcode systems; reconcile discrepancies across storage points.
Monitor ASRS retrieval accuracy and coordinate system upgrades with IT.
Support provisioning for hard-time components, engineering orders, and retrofit programs.
Coordinate with procurement/logistics for inbound shipments and address delivery delays.
Prepare dashboards/reports on stock availability, consumption, and forecast accuracy.
Participate in inventory audits and ensure traceability of serialized/rotatable parts.
Maintain compliance with DGCA/EASA/FAA inventory guidelines.
Contribute to process improvement, lean inventory practices, and automation initiatives.
Update departmental SOPs and assist in digital transformation projects.
Perform other duties assigned by the Manager. Skills Required
Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (AMOS preferred)
