You will be responsible for
Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence
Understands business needs and in depth understanding of Tesco processes
Builds on Tesco processes and knowledge by applying CI tools and techniques
Responsible for completing tasks and transactions within agreed critical metrics
Solves problems by analyzing solution alternatives
Reviewing the request form received from planners and providing advice on the feasibility/best process to be followed for campaigns
Setting up of coupons in different tools as per the request received
Generating redemption and other reports as the need arises by the business
Collaborating with the IT team to ensure that the codes are generated on time and resolve issues, if any
Quality checking and approving the coupon setup delivered by the team to ensure 100% accuracy
Keeping self up to date with process changes and ensuring the same is reflected in process documents and SOPs
Handling the mail box and team trackers to ensure all workload is delivered on time
Ensuring transition of process knowledge to associates
Troubleshooting any coupon issues received from the customer service team and detailing the same
