We are looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented
Marketing Operations Manager
to own and manage critical aspects of our digital marketing infrastructure--spanning
website management
,
finance operations related to marketing
, and
media buying
. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our marketing engine runs smoothly, efficiently, and aligns with our business objectives.
The ideal candidate will possess a blend of operational excellence, digital fluency, and cross-functional collaboration skills. You will work closely with our digital agencies and internal stakeholders to execute, optimize, and scale marketing initiatives globally.
Key Responsibilities:
Website Management
Coordinate with external agencies to maintain and optimize the company website
Ensure website performance, SEO compliance, mobile responsiveness, and analytics tracking
Manage web updates, landing pages, A/B testing, and user experience improvements
Marketing Finance
Track and manage marketing budgets and spend across campaigns and channels
Collaborate with finance teams for reconciliation, forecasting, and reporting
Ensure clear documentation of costs, vendor agreements, and ROI metrics
Media Buying
Manage digital media buying processes with external agencies (Google, LinkedIn, programmatic, etc.)
Align campaigns with pipeline goals and growth targets
Monitor media performance and optimize for conversion, engagement, and cost efficiency
Job Requirement
Website & CMS Management
- Proficient in managing and optimizing websites (WordPress/Webflow), with working knowledge of UX, A/B testing, and SEO fundamentals.
Media Buying & Digital Campaigns
- Skilled in planning, executing, and optimizing paid media across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and programmatic platforms.
Marketing Finance & Budgeting
- Strong command of budgeting, spend tracking, vendor coordination, and ROI reporting across digital channels.
Analytics & Martech Tools
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and BI tools; familiar with martech platforms like HubSpot and Salesforce.

- Proven ability to manage external agencies and drive cross-functional marketing projects in fast-paced environments.
