Role Overview



As a Senior Associate - Logistics, you will be responsible for managing the end-to end logistics operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective movement of goods, optimizing supply chain processes, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve operational excellence. You will play a key role in building scalable logistics processes to support Kazam's growing business and nationwide expansion.

Key Responsibilities



? Oversee daily logistics operations including dispatch, transportation, and delivery management.

? Coordinate with vendors, 3PLs, and warehouse teams to ensure on-time delivery and inventory accuracy.

? Track and analyze logistics KPIs (on-time delivery, freight costs, turnaround times, etc.) and implement process improvements.

? Manage last-mile and reverse logistics operations efficiently.

? Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, procurement, and customer success teams.

? Ensure compliance with transportation, safety, and environmental regulations.

? Negotiate contracts and freight rates with logistics partners.

? Leverage data analytics tools to drive visibility and continuous improvement in logistics performance.

? Support planning and forecasting of logistics budgets and resource requirements.

Qualifications & Skills



? Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).

? 3-6 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management.

? Strong understanding of logistics operations, 3PL management, and vendor coordination.

? Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and logistics management software.

? Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

? Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

? Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

? Experience in EV, renewable energy, or tech-driven logistics is a plus.
