Duties & responsibilities What this job involves

A high degree of independence is required on a day to day basis;



Primary duties and responsibilities include the following:



Hold direct responsibility for all base reporting, performance and compliance requirements



Provide fixed, CPI and lease events reporting to Property Managers on a



undefined



Compile performance monitoring information for the Property Managers and Account Directors



Stakeholder and client management



Heavy financial management tasks



Conduct monthly audit compliance reports



Perform document management



Conduct major rental reconciliations where discrepancy/arrears are apparent



Lead and guide the Lease Administration team where required



Ensuring that the Vendor/Landlord details are maintained as required



Assist in preparing and distributing ad-hoc lease and financial reports as required



Review lease data for accuracy and liaise with landlords when escalated



Expert knowledge of Rent Roll data and reporting



Managing the end to end process of monthly rent roll



Ensure all monthly client KPI's are met for LA



Budgeting and Reporting:

Assist with activities of the team with respect



to budgeting data forecast through Portfolio



Involvement in data integrity of the systems across the region and audit data from time to time;



Assist with yearly audit of lease data;



Provide monthly reporting as per agreed report schedule



Maintaining standard checklists, templates, work flows and documentation;



Suggest process improvements;



Act as a mentor and providing training when required for LA team members



Manage team HR issues and development of team succession plans



Sound like you? To apply you need to be:



University graduate (Real Estate, Commerce, Finance or Property Law background) OR at least 3-5 years of relevant work experience;



Having the ability to understand and interpret commercial contracts and Rent Roll reporting (preferably real estate leases)



Work strongly both independently as well as in a team



Strong knowledge of accounting and reconciliations



Experience using a property management/lease administration system.



Exposer in management of direct reports



High client and stakeholder management experience



Key skills

Strong attention to detail



Excellent written and verbal communication skills;



Advanced computer skills in Excel and data software;



Strong organizational, interpersonal and people skills;
