Highly action-oriented, with a leadership style focused on strong process development and self-directed execution of implementation tasks. Operationally focused, capable of delivering consistent results in deadline-driven settings. Skilled in prioritization, consultative partnering, problem analysis, and process management. Effective in supporting multiple stakeholders simultaneously. Proactive and hands-on, willing to take initiative and do what it takes to get the job done. A strong communicator within project teams and with external business stakeholders, delivering clear and concise messages.
