Inviting applications for the role of Senior Associate - Salesforce Admin Role
About the Role:
As a Salesforce Administrator, you'll play a vital role at GENPACT. We are looking for a proactive individual who will be the first point of contact for any queries faced by the internal Sales Teams across the globe. The role requires strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and willing to learn other tools as needed. The Salesforce Administrator should be comfortable liaising with Sales Teams and enjoy learning new business processes to translate them into technical solutions.
Responsibilities:
This is a varied, business-facing role with the following responsibilities:
Hands on Salesforce Administrator skills and products knowledge such as Sales Cloud, Service cloud, CPQ.
Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed.
Create and manage Reports and Dashboards to provide insights into business performance.
Handle Sales Teams queries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, follow up to ensure resolution.
Escalate queries to the appropriate internal teams (Risk, CIP, Tech Teams etc) and implement fixes in a timely manner.
Collaborate with different teams at all levels to gather requirements and implement solutions.
Training Sales Teams and creating training materials / SOPs.
A desire to implement best practice solutions
Stay up to date with Salesforce updates and best practices.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Preferred skills:
Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and its capabilities.
Salesforce Administrator certification is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of CRM systems and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments.
Ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
Must be flexible in shift timings and be able to work with changing priorities and be able to manage time with multitasking.
Knowledge in MS Office would be an advantage.
Soft Skills:
Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with users and stakeholders, translating technical concepts into understandable terms.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, projects, and user requests efficiently.
Problem-Solving: Aptitude for troubleshooting issues and finding innovative solutions within the Salesforce platform.
Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in customization, data management, and reporting.
Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively, especially when dealing with multiple user requests and projects.
