Job Description

Minimum of 2+ years of experience in finance, preferably in insurance reconciliation and accounts receivable within healthcare. Strong knowledge of RCM, insurance claims processing, payment posting, and reconciliation procedures. Proficiency in financial software and advanced MS Excel for data analysis, reporting, and preparing insurance analytical reports such as DSO (Days Sales Outstanding), top rejection analysis, and other critical performance metrics. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve discrepancies and areas for improvement. Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external insurance providers. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
