Senior Associate,

Instructional Designer

Responsibilities

:

Analyse and understand client requirements completely

Write according to the learner needs and characteristics

Write clear, concise, and grammatically correct content

Create detailed design with macro and micro design strategies; create an effective content outline

Develop training content for all forms of training based on design - eLearning's, ILTs, SOPs

Comprehend complex content and present it in a clear manner, easy for the end use to comprehend

Summarize information into crisp newsletters/articles

Create innovative storylines for business information

Work with the Graphic Designer and Programmer to visualize corporate elements

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualification

Graduation in any discipline

Preferred qualifications

Experience in core instruction design

Strong attention to detail is required

Knowledge and hands-on experience of:
