Function/ Department: Retail Banking \xe2\x80\x93 DSA Channel \xe2\x80\x93 Credit Card/Personal Loan

Place of work: - Gurgaon

Roles & Responsibilities

\'- Generate the lead and growth & expansion of DSA Channel to achieve the targeted disbursement for credit card and personal loan for CashKaro\xe2\x80\x99s banking partners

• 
  
  Aggressively drive the sales numbers and achieve the business targets for Credit Card/Personal Loan and through cross selling while continuing to enhance and upgrade the client relationships.
  Retain and expand the company base of customers for Credit Card and Personal Loan so as to ensure repeat business or referrals.
  Maximize sales through a network like DSA and Digital by effectively managing connector and builder relationships to ensure strong business.
  Ensure the files are processed from login stage to disbursement and liaise with internal departments (Operations & Credit) for completion.
  Experience within a sales and account management background
  Experienced B2C salesperson with exceptional communication skills and the ability to speak with people from all levels.
  Leverage in-house synergies through collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Industry & Governance

• 
  Constantly keep abreast of market trends and competitor intelligence so as to build and develop effective sales and marketing strategies.
  Use understanding of the markets/competition /process and products available in the market to provide available in the markets to provide positive feedback to the central product and policy team to stay ahead in the market.
  Ensure compliance with all Audit regulations as well as processes, policies, and reports as per company designed systema.

Qualification: Graduate. Masters/Postgraduate
