Your Day-to-Day Include:
GTM Enablement Platforms (Plug-and-Play Tools like Databook, Bombora):
Manage user administration, license allocation, and platform access
Monitor engagement and usage trends; escalate needs or gaps to platform leads
Support change management efforts to encourage adoption and alignment with GTM strategies
Assist in the creation of enablement resources, training, and communications
Track ROI and usage patterns to inform future investment or optimization decisions
Skills:
Technical Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
3+ years of experience supporting go-to-market (GTM) platform operations or configuration
Hands-on experience with workflow design, user interface customization, and process optimization
Exposure to reporting or dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI, native analytics) to track adoption and drive insights
Familiarity with the go-to-market funnel, including sales enablement, lead generation, and content lifecycle workflows
Ability to translate technical changes into user-centric experiences and simplify platform complexity for end users
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze issues and implement effective solutions
Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating in a global, distributed, and cross-cultural team environment
Experience working in or alongside Agile project teams with comfort in iterative delivery and cross-functional coordination
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies
