Job Description

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred. 5-7 years of experience in business process reengineering, process improvement, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in process mapping and modeling tools such as Visio, Lucid chart, or similar. Experience with digital tools such as Alteryx, AYR, UiPath, and MS Power Tools. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL.. Experience in AI, Machine Learning, Reinforcement Learning, Natural Language Processing Expertise in the complex processes of integrating ML/AI across existing and modified applications. Excellent communication and exposure to presentation tools like Canva, Flourish etc. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Certification in Six Sigma, Lean, or a related methodology is a plus.
