Senior Associate - Frauds!

In this role, you will be responsible for investigating suspicious activity and behavior that could pose a risk to

client's customers

.

Responsibilities

Thorough research

of

account for identification of red flags and taking appropriate steps as per set protocols.

Communicate with other departments regarding the case as per procedures laid down via email.

Accurately annotate each case investigation to banking tools

in order to

correctly capture the details of the case.

Conduct research, work independently and make complex investigations decisions with little or no guidance within the ambit of workflow/procedure.

Take appropriate action to identify and help minimize the risk posed by fraud patterns and trends.

Consistently achieve/exceed quality standards for investigations Agent

expected

up to date on latest fraud modus operandi that are currently trending in the market.

Take appropriate action to identify and help minimize the risk posed by fraud patterns and trends.

Follow SOP and consistently achieve/exceed quality standards for investigations.

Participate in ad hoc projects/assignments as necessary.

Mentor new joiners with their doubts / clarifications.

Perform quality evaluation of new hires

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum qualifications

High School Graduate or Equivalent.

Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)

Experience in Fraud Detection / Backend Ops.

Experience in transaction analysis

Prior experience in Fraud Detection is preferred.

Preferred qualifications/Skills

Adaptability to learn new processes, concepts and skills and an eye for detail.

Keen attention to detail

& risk

identification.

Good communication both written and verbal English skills.

Ability to compose a grammatically correct,

concise

and accurate written response.

Analytical & problem-solving skills.

Basic knowledge of Banking Industry & Regulatory Environment.

Ability to effectively manage

time, and

individually prioritize multiple tasks of competing priority.

Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and data security standards.

Understanding of

Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Knowledge of Fraud Detection tools would be an added advantage.
