PUNE/BENGALURU/MUMBAI/HYDERABAD/KOLKATA/CHENNAI
Key duties and responsibilities:
Receipt of required data for the preparation of financial statements.
\xef\x82\xb7 Preparation and review of Financial statements of Hedge Fund, Private Equity, Real
Estate, Manco etc. multiple GAAPs, mainly in IFRS, US GAAP, UK GAAP, Lux GAAP
and Canadian GAAP.
\xef\x82\xb7 Define the timeline of financial statements with onshore.
\xef\x82\xb7 Resolve queries raised by Onshore, Client, Auditor and Director.
\xef\x82\xb7 Defining the timeline of financial statements preparation with onshore.
Qualification and Experience:
\xef\x82\xb7 Qualification- CA, CPA, ACCA, MBA (Finance), CFA, or any course specialized in
Accounting.
\xef\x82\xb7 Experience of 3-6 years in Financial Reporting.
\xef\x82\xb7 Experience of Financial Reporting in Hedge Fund is preferred.
\xef\x82\xb7 Experience of Financial Reporting in IFRS/US GAAP is preferred.
Skills Required:
\xef\x82\xb7 Strong interpersonal and time management skills
\xef\x82\xb7 Adaptability
\xef\x82\xb7 Highly proficient in MS Excel and MS Word
\xef\x82\xb7 Strong accounting knowledge
\xef\x82\xb7 Strong knowledge in capital market and derivatives
\xef\x82\xb7 Strong written and verbal communication skills
\xef\x82\xb7 Leadership skills
