The role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Associate, Financial Operations with 2-3 years of experience in payables or receivables to ensure accurate and timely payouts across all partners. You'll play a key role in handling reconciliations, improving processes, maintaining financial controls, and ensuring data integrity. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams to support business decisions and external stakeholders to resolve payment-related inquiries. Your ability to work with financial tools and reports will be crucial in driving efficiency and accuracy in our operations.



This role is based in Bengaluru, so we are seeking candidates who are either local or open to relocating to the city.

What skills & experience do you need?

You take full ownership of your work, ensuring every reconciliation, payout, and report is not just completed but optimized for accuracy and efficiency. You have 2-3 years of experience in Financial Operations, preferably in payables or receivables, and bring strong attention to detail in every task.

You're An Innovator.

You see financial processes as more than just numbers--they are key to operational success. Whether improving workflows, streamlining payment processes, or identifying inefficiencies, you blend technical skills with strategic thinking to enhance outcomes. Your expertise in Excel / Google Sheets helps you manage large datasets with ease.

You stand by your financial insights but welcome feedback with an open mind. You navigate challenges calmly, resolve discrepancies efficiently, and ensure financial integrity in everything you do. With your strong data and quantitative skills, you make informed decisions that drive business impact.

You're A Striker.

Goal-oriented and analytical, you balance intuition with data to drive accuracy and compliance. You proactively identify ways to improve financial workflows, ensuring all payments and reconciliations are handled with precision. A background in MBA Finance, CMA, CFA, or CA (qualified/semi-qualified) is a plus.

You're Detail-Oriented.

Numbers don't lie, and neither do you. You double-check your work, refine reports, and analyze financial data to ensure precision. Your ability to manage financial controls and maintain data integrity makes you a key asset.

You're A Connector.

You understand that financial operations don't work in isolation. You collaborate closely with internal and external teams, ensuring seamless coordination in payment processing and financial reporting. Your ability to resolve payment-related inquiries with external stakeholders sets you apart.
