Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Associate - Finance to manage core finance functions with a strong focus on Revenue Assurance, Revenue Cycle Management, GST, TDS, Reconciliation, and Accounting. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing high-volume financial transactions and working on Tally ERP 9/Prime.

Key Responsibilities:

? Manage end-to-end revenue assurance processes ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.

? Oversee Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), including billing, collections, and reconciliations.

? Ensure accurate accounting entries, reconciliations, and monthly closing activities.

? Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances, including returns and reconciliations.

? Conduct bank, vendor, and inter-company reconciliations on a regular basis.

? Process and monitor high-volume transactions with accuracy and timeliness.

? Prepare and analyze MIS reports for management review.

? Collaborate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.

? Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

Requirements:

? Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounting.

? 2+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts.

? Mandatory expertise in:

? Revenue Assurance

? Revenue Cycle Management

? GST & TDS compliance and reconciliation

? High-volume transaction management

? Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime

? Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.

? Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

? Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
