- Senior Associate (FDD - IT/TMT Sector)

Qualification:

Chartered Accountant (Qualified, preferably 1st attempt)

Experience:

3-5 years in Transaction Services / Financial Due Diligence (FDD) with IT/TMT sector exposure.

Senior Associate

to join our

Financial Due Diligence (FDD) team

, specializing in the

IT/TMT sector

for one of our Big4 Client for a multi locations( Mumbai, Gurgaon, Bangalore)

.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in front-end Transaction Services / FDD, with a track record of handling multiple transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Work as part of multi-disciplinary teams on complex and high-profile transactions including acquisitions, mergers, IPOs, and buy-outs. Perform detailed financial analysis, identify key issues, and derive meaningful conclusions. Lead smaller assignments independently and contribute to larger projects under the guidance of managers/partners. Assess data accuracy and reasonableness, liaising directly with clients and third parties to resolve anomalies. Prepare and review sections of

Transaction & Restructuring reports

. Guide and mentor junior team members, contributing to their professional growth. Build and maintain strong client relationships, representing the firm in all interactions. Support business development initiatives and proposal preparation. Draft first-level engagement letters with an understanding of technical and risk management aspects. Contribute positively to team culture, morale, and collaboration.

Key Requirements:

Qualified Chartered Accountant

(preferably 1st attempt).

Experience:

3-5 years in

Transaction Services / FDD

, ideally with strong IT/TMT sector exposure.

Expertise:

Prior experience in

front-end roles

(not backend/global delivery). Strong

analytical, research, and problem-solving

skills. Excellent

verbal and written communication

skills with the ability to draft high-quality reports. Proficiency in

MS Excel and PowerPoint

. Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Willingness to travel within India and internationally, when required. Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
