The Role
As an Executive Sourcing Recruiter at TritonExec, you will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and attracting exceptional and diverse executive talent for our clients' most critical leadership roles.
You will partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders to understand hiring objectives, develop targeted sourcing strategies, and deliver high-caliber candidate pipelines that support global talent goals. This role requires someone who is proactive, research-driven, and passionate about building meaningful candidate relationships while maintaining a strong focus on quality and speed of delivery.
Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify top and diverse executive talent through direct outreach, networking, market mapping, and advanced sourcing tools.
Work closely with recruiters and client stakeholders to align on hiring needs and market insights; participate in kick-off calls with hiring managers to understand role requirements and success profiles.
Screen, evaluate, and qualify candidates via phone and written assessments, providing detailed summaries and recommendations to recruiters and senior hiring teams.
Conduct industry and functional research to build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future executive roles.
Provide weekly reports on sourcing activity, market insights, and progress updates to recruiters and leadership teams.
Form thoughtful, data-backed opinions on candidate fit and alignment to client business needs and cultural values.
Maintain accurate and detailed candidate records within Avature, Taleo and Recruitment Trackers; continuously drive process improvement and technology adoption.
When required, assist in scheduling candidate interviews and managing communication between candidates and stakeholders
Qualifications
& Skills Required
3+ years' experience in sourcing or research, ideally within executive search, RPO, or corporate talent acquisition.
Proven experience identifying and engaging diverse and executive-level talent across industries.
Skilled in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other sourcing platforms.
Experience in technology or professional services hiring preferred.
Strong understanding of market mapping, research methodologies, and competitive intelligence.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Analytical thinker with strong attention to detail.
Self-motivated and proactive with a growth mindset.
