Learn more .Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities:xefx82xb7 ETL Testing: Develop and execute test cases for ETL processes,
ensuring accurate data transformation, loading, and extraction.
Validate data integrity and consistency across various stages of
ETL pipelines.
xefx82xb7 Cloud Based Services: Knowledge about data related services for
leading cloud service providers (AWS/Azure) to test and validate
ETL processes.
xefx82xb7 Data Related Concepts: Should have knowledge and
understanding of data lake and date warehouse concepts.
xefx82xb7 Test Planning: Collaborate with business analysts and developers
to understand requirements and create detailed test plans and
scenarios. Identify test data requirements and prepare test data
as needed.
xefx82xb7 Automation: Demonstrated experience of automating tests
across multiple platforms and technologies and understand its
application throughout the full development lifecycle.
xefx82xb7 Issue Tracking: Identify, document, and track defects or issues in
the ETL process. Work closely with the development team to
troubleshoot and resolve problems in a timely manner.
xefx82xb7 Reporting: Generate and present test reports, including test
results, defect reports, and test coverage metrics. Provide
feedback on ETL processes and recommend improvements based
on test findings.
xefx82xb7 Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that
ETL solutions meet business needs and quality standards.
Participate in meetings and provide input on data quality and
testing best practices.
Skills:
xefx82xb7 Proficiency in data services of any leading cloud providers like
AWS, Azure
xefx82xb7 Strong knowledge of ETL concepts, data warehousing, and data
integration.
xefx82xb7 Experience with SQL and scripting languages for data validation
and testing.
xefx82xb7 Familiarity with test automation tools and practices.
xefx82xb7 Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets and perform
data profiling.
xefx82xb7 Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
xefx82xb7 Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:
xefx82xb7 Experience with Cloud DevOps for CI/CD integration.
