As Senior Associate for ERP implementation at A&M GCC PI Supply Chain team, you will contribute across the key areas-
ERP Process Design & Implementation
Support end-to-end ERP implementation life cycle across supply chain modules (e.g., MM, PP, SD, WM, APO/IBP)
Translate business needs into functional & Technical specs and configure processes
Conduct "As-is" Assessment for gap analysis to design "To-be" state organization
Create Design specifications for planning, procurement, production, Order management, Logistics, distribution
Build RICEFW templates as per design specifications to support the solution
Testing & Deployment
Design and execute test scenarios: Unit Testing, Integration Testing, UAT
Assist to validate configurations through business scenarios
Support cut-over planning, go-live and hyper-care phases
Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot and resolve issues post-deployment
Project Management to track the issues through Ms. Project and JIRA
Change Management & Training
Prepare SOPs, training materials, and user manuals
Support user training sessions and drive functional adoption
Highlight change impacts and ensure user readiness
Qualifications
Minimum of 4-7 years of experience in logistics, transportation, distribution strategy, or downstream supply chain
execution roles
Previous advisory experience from a top-tier strategy firm, niche logistics consulting firm, or Big-4 consultancy preferred
Bachelor's degree in engineering, logistics, supply chain, or a related field
MBA / Master's degree in supply chain & Operations, Logistics, Business Administration, or similar discipline
Strong storyboarding skills to translate operational insights into impactful client presentations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high motivation to drive logistics transformation
Ability to manage multiple logistics-focused engagements and meet tight deadlines
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and coordination skills in dynamic, operationally complex environments
Functional knowledge of supply chain domains: planning, procurement, production, warehousing, and order fulfilment
Experience in ERP platforms such as SAP ECC/S4 HANA, Oracle SCM Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, or similar
Familiarity with key supply chain KPIs and integration touchpoints across functions
Experience in managing cross-functional stakeholders during implementations
Strong analytical, quantitative, and root-cause problem-solving skills
Tools knowledge on Alteryx, Power BI, python, Linear programming platforms, etc. would be a plus
Continuous Improvement & Enhancements
Identify post-implementation improvements and process automation opportunities
Support ERP-based reporting needs (MPS, inventory, OTIF, cycle time etc.)
Assist in ERP upgrades and rollouts across new plants or warehouses
