About the role:

The candidate will play a crucial role in the effective implementation of SKill-ED program through Bhumi Clubs, which empower youth in schools and colleges to lead initiatives in education, employability, and environmental sustainability. The role involves institution outreach, corporate partnerships, volunteer engagement, and data-driven program delivery.

About the Program:

Skill-Ed is a volunteer-powered initiative that equips young people aged 18-24 with essential 21st-century skills through free IT training, and soft-skills development. By bridging the growing skill gap, we aim to empower underprivileged youth and enhance their employability, opening doors to brighter futures.

Primary Roles & Responsibilities:

Support skilling initiatives by engagement and retention of skilled Volunteers. Leading college outreach for onboarding institutions for Skill-ED implementation. Build and manage partnerships with corporates to secure resources, employee volunteering, and impact delivery. Maintain accurate documentation, data analysis, and reporting to track outcomes and impact.

Educational Qualification/Experience:

Any Graduate Relevant Experience (in years): 2-3 years (experience in College relations preferred)

Requirements and skills:

Strong communication skills - English (verbal and written) Data analysis and reporting skills with good computer knowledge (MS Office/Google Workspace) Stakeholder and partnership management capabilities Willingness to travel - locally and nationally Highly resourceful team-player, who is self-driven Good computer knowledge and MS office skills Forward-looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions
